The staff was very friendly. The lady that checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was clean and comfortable and easy to get to.

This was a "normal" Hampton Inn stay - which means it was just about perfect for our needs. What put this one "head and shoulders" above the usual was the staff - especially Michelle at the front desk when we arrived. She was the perfect example of a wonderful and valued employee. She was friendly and very efficient, of course, but somehow her demeanor just made us feel honestly welcomed. It was a nice feeling.

All of the staff was exceptional! Everyone was very accommodating. The facility was clean. Highlight was having gluten-free free options for breakfast.

Everything was quite nice. Breakfast, hum...it would be better if you used real eggs. The biscuits and gravy were just that, there was no sausage in the gravy, however the biscuits were very good. I'm down south and there was no sausage in the Biscuits and Gravy. Having Coffee, Tea and Cocoa all day and night was a great feature. Staff were kind and friendly! Another reason why we always stay at Hampton Inns. You can count on the cleanliness and the exceptional staff. Thank You Hampton Inn Staff!
