First of all, accommodating us during the busy MLK weekend-bonus points. We had originally booked our stay at Villa 1565, and was disgusted by the room. Hampton Inn St. Augustine saved my family’s trip from terrible disappointment. This hotel was very clean, the staff were exceptional. Greeted genuinely by everyone, especially the front desk. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was so comfortable that we decided to stay another night.

Beds were comfortable, staff was all friendly especially the lady at the front desk( I forgot her name) she was Jamaican and the sweetest employee I have met at a hotel
